Steps for installing the myVW app^⁠

Download the myVW App

Download the free myVW app for your smartphone. Depending on your operating system, you will find its available for Android or iOS in the Google Play Store or App Store.

Download the myVW app

Sign in or set up your account

Log in to the myVW app with your Volkswagen ID. If you have yet to set up a Volkswagen ID, the app will take you step by step through the registration process.

Add your Volkswagen

Add your Volkswagen using the vehicle identification number (VIN). You can find the VIN in your registration papers, inside the driver side door frame or behind the windshield.

Activate your myVW account

To complete the activation process, follow the instructions shown in the app. Enjoy your selection of services and put your digital day-to-day in the fast lane.
