Wi-Fi hotspot keeps passengers connected and entertained on the go. With access to 4G LTE speeds, they can stream video, play games, surf the web and more. Wi-Fi is available as part of the In-Vehicle Data plan or In-Vehicle Premium plan. Alternatively, current Verizon and T-Mobile customers also have the option to add a monthly Wi-Fi hotspot subscription to their existing mobile plan.

Your subscription will automatically renew every year at the then current yearly rate (plus taxes and fees) unless you cancel before the end date of your current term. You can cancel in your account settings in the myVW app^⁠.

Carriers of choice

Current Verizon and T-Mobile customers can add a monthly Wi-Fi hotspot subscription to their existing mobile plan. Visit the shop tab in the myVW app to see if carrier of choice is available for your vehicle.

T-Mobile
Stay connected on the go and get 4G LTE speeds right from your car with an unlimited Wi-Fi hotspot from T-Mobile. Please note that during times of congestion, customers who exceed 50GB of data usage per month may experience reduced speeds until the next billing cycle, as part of T-Mobile's data prioritization efforts. And here's the best part – if you're already a T-Mobile customer, you can easily add your Volkswagen to your existing mobile plan for a monthly add-on charge. Just remember, the use of the Wi-Fi Hotspot is subject to T-Mobile's customer agreement.
Verizon
Activate the unlimited Wi-Fi hotspot with Verizon and stay connected on the go. Get access to unlimited 4G LTE data, with 15GB of premium mobile hotspot data per month. After exceeding 15GB/mo/line, speeds may be reduced up to 600 Kbps. Resets each billing cycle. Includes 720p HD-quality streaming. And here's the best part – If you are a current Verizon customer, you have the option to add your Volkswagen vehicle to your existing mobile plan for a monthly add-on charge. Just remember, use of Wi-Fi hotspot subject to Verizon’s customer agreement.
