		40/20/40-split folding rear seat with one-pull folding feature and backrest adjustment Normally, the rear seats of the Tiguan fold down in a 60/40 split. But when that’s not enough, we gave the Tiguan a 40/20/40-split folding rear seat for maximum flexibility and cargo space. Which means you can fold one or both rear seats down. Or leave them both up and put the middle down. That way, if you want to take home a pair of skis or some bamboo for your garden, you still have two seats for your friends. See what we mean by 40/20/40 split? You can even slide the rear seats forward and back if you need some more room in the trunk or a bit of extra legroom for your passengers. You know, just in case.
