Laser seam welding
Have you ever noticed how solid a Volkswagen feels? This process helps give a Volkswagen a super-solid, stable road feel and can even reduce interior noise. Instead of spot welding (what most of the other guys do), we use laser seam welding to make continuous seals on a Volkswagen. This solid construction equals increased control and stability. Or in other words, it makes a VW feel like a VW.
